Caltrace is a nutrition tracking and eating pattern analysis application. It uses AI-powered technology to help you understand your eating behaviors and make sustainable changes. Caltrace is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use Caltrace. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Subscription and Payments
Caltrace offers a free tier and premium subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer the application, share your account with others, upload inappropriate or harmful content, or interfere with the app's functionality.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Caltrace are owned by Caltrace and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Caltrace provides nutritional insights for informational purposes only. We are not liable for any health decisions made based on the app's recommendations. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
